The OPT-D Series Elastic Potential Energy Instrumental Composite Material Drop Weight Impact Testing Machine is an instrument used to test the impact resistance of metallic, non-metallic, and component materials using the impact method; it can be used for material or product process qualification performance verification tests.
Through the high-speed acquisition processor of the measurement and control system, the force and deformation changes of the sample during the impact process are acquired, and the force-time curve distribution can be used to analyze the ability of different materials to resist impact deformation. With the addition of an environmental test chamber system, impact tests on materials or components can be performed at ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to 150°C. (The description of the environmental test chamber in this solution is optional.) Safety protection devices: Includes impact buffer device, over-limit protection, power failure protection, and protection against beam reaching its limit position.
