Optosense Tube Furnace systems offer precise thermal processing with temperatures ranging from 1200°C to 1700°C. Ideal for laboratory and industrial applications, these furnaces can be customized with 1 to 3 independent heating zones and feature a Windows-based 7” touchscreen for monitoring and data export. They provide reliable solutions for high-temperature processes in fields like material science, chemistry, and metallurgy.

Optosense tube furnaces are high-precision thermal processing systems designed for a variety of laboratory and industrial applications. These furnaces operate within the temperature range of 1200–1700°C and feature a Windows-based 7” touchscreen control panel that allows users to monitor and record temperature-time data, which can be exported via USB. They offer excellent temperature homogeneity and are ideal for processes such as material synthesis, sintering, and chemical reactions.

Optosense tube furnaces are customizable according to user needs, with options for tube sizes, heating zone configurations, and specific temperature profiles. Each model can be equipped with 1 to 3 independent heating zones for precise thermal control. Below is an overview of the three models:
