The OPT-SFM3 Ball Mill is a compact high-speed vibrating mill designed for rapid sample preparation and fine grinding. With multi-dimensional motion and up to 1200 cycles per minute, it delivers efficient pulverization and homogeneous mixing. Its versatile jar options and ability to handle dry, wet, or paste materials make it an ideal solution for laboratory-scale material research.

The OPT-SFM3 Ball Mill is a high-speed vibrating ball mill developed for fast and efficient preparation of small sample quantities. Its advanced vibration mechanism combines rotation, oscillation, and high-frequency motion to generate strong impact forces, enabling rapid particle size reduction and uniform mixing. Operating at speeds up to 1200 cycles per minute, the system ensures high-energy milling performance in a compact desktop design.

This ball mill is suitable for both dry and wet grinding processes and can handle a wide range of materials, including powders, suspended liquids, and pastes. It is particularly effective in laboratory environments where precision, speed, and sample consistency are essential. With a feeding granularity below 1 mm and the ability to achieve particle sizes down to approximately 0.1 micron (depending on material properties), the OPT-SFM3 supports advanced material processing and research applications.

The unit comes equipped with two standard milling jars: a nylon jar with zirconia balls for low-contamination grinding, and a stainless steel jar with steel balls for achieving finer particle sizes. Additional jar materials such as alumina and agate are available for specialized applications. Its user-friendly design allows easy jar installation and quick operation, while an optional variable speed control and forced air cooling system provide enhanced flexibility and temperature management.

Powered by a 300W motor and featuring a built-in mechanical timer (0–120 minutes), the OPT-SFM3 enables controlled and repeatable milling processes. Its robust construction, CE certification, and two-year warranty ensure reliable long-term performance.
