The OPT-4GBS Glovebox System by Optosense is a high-capacity, advanced inert gas glove box system designed to deliver ultra-clean, oxygen-free, and moisture-free environments for demanding industrial and research applications. With a spacious multi-port design and robust stainless steel construction, this system is ideal for high-volume processes and multi-user operations requiring strict environmental control.

The glovebox operates through a fully sealed chamber combined with an advanced gas purification system. Inert gases such as nitrogen (N₂), argon (Ar), or helium (He) are continuously circulated to remove oxygen (O₂) and moisture (H₂O), maintaining levels at ≤1 ppm. This ensures a stable and contamination-free environment for handling highly sensitive materials.

With its four glove ports, the OPT-4GBS significantly enhances operational efficiency by allowing multiple users to work simultaneously. The system is equipped with HEPA filtration to remove particles down to 0.3 microns, ensuring an ultra-clean workspace suitable for precision applications.

The integrated Siemens PLC control system with a color touchscreen interface enables both manual and automatic control of pressure, purification, and system monitoring. Real-time data tracking, alarm systems, and automatic regeneration of the purification system ensure continuous and reliable operation with minimal maintenance.
