OPT-5V-10mA BATTERY TESTING EQUIPMENT

OPT-5V-10mA BATTERY TESTING EQUIPMENT

The OPT-5V-10mA Battery Testing Equipment is a precision analyzer designed for low-current battery testing and research applications. It offers highly accurate voltage and current control, making it ideal for evaluating small-capacity batteries and sensitive electrochemical systems. With independent channel control and stable constant current/voltage operation, it ensures reliable and repeatable test results.

The OPT-5V-10mA Battery Testing Equipment is a compact and high-precision battery analyzer engineered for detailed electrochemical testing. Designed with independent channel control, each channel operates with its own constant current and constant voltage source, ensuring accurate and interference-free measurements. This makes the system particularly suitable for testing micro-batteries, coin cells, and low-current energy storage devices.

With a voltage range of 25 mV to 5 V and a current range from 0.05 mA to 10 mA, the device provides exceptional accuracy and stability (±0.1% FS). The built-in dual closed-loop control structure guarantees precise regulation, while fast current response improves test efficiency. Users can configure step durations from seconds to extended long-term tests, supporting continuous operation for up to a full year if needed.

The system supports multiple testing modes, including constant current, constant voltage, and combined charge profiles, as well as constant current discharge. Flexible end conditions—such as voltage, current, time, or capacity—allow customized test workflows. Advanced cycling capabilities include up to 65,535 loops with nested loop programming, enabling complex test sequences for in-depth battery analysis.

Safety and data integrity are key strengths of this system. It includes both software and hardware protection mechanisms, such as over-voltage/current limits, delay protection, power-loss data retention, and anti-reverse connection protection. Data is recorded with high resolution and can be exported in multiple formats, including Excel and graphical outputs.

With Ethernet connectivity and MySQL database integration, the analyzer supports efficient data management and remote communication via TCP/IP protocol. Its user-friendly interface operates on Windows systems, making it easy to integrate into existing laboratory setups.
