The OPT-5V-3A Battery Testing Equipment is a versatile and powerful solution for comprehensive battery testing applications. Designed to handle higher current ranges compared to low-current analyzers, this system supports up to 3A per channel, making it ideal for evaluating lithium-ion batteries, energy storage cells, and other medium-capacity battery technologies.

Each channel operates independently with its own constant current and constant voltage source, ensuring precise control and accurate measurement without interference. The system delivers excellent accuracy (±0.1% FS) and stability, allowing reliable long-term testing. With a voltage range of 25 mV to 5 V and a minimum discharge cutoff at 2.5 V, it supports a wide variety of battery chemistries and testing scenarios.

The analyzer supports multiple charge and discharge modes, including constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), and combined CC-CV charging. Flexible end conditions such as voltage, current, capacity, and time enable customized test protocols. Advanced cycling capabilities allow up to 65,535 loops with nested loop programming, making it suitable for lifecycle testing and performance analysis.

Data acquisition is highly configurable, with recording options based on time, voltage, or current intervals at a frequency of 1 Hz. Test data can be exported in Excel, TXT, and graphical formats, while MySQL database integration ensures efficient data storage and management. Ethernet communication via TCP/IP enables remote operation and system integration.

The system also prioritizes safety and durability, offering both software and hardware protection features such as programmable limits, delay protection, power-loss data retention, and anti-reverse connection protection.
